1. Wet the net sponge thoroughly with warm water.
2. Apply your GlowDara soap bar or a small amount of body wash to the mesh.
3. Rub the net together until a rich lather forms.
4. Hold both ends and move it gently from side to side across your back.
5. Scrunch the net together to cleanse the chest, arms, legs, thighs, buttocks and knees.
6. Rinse the net thoroughly after use.
7. Stretch it out and hang it in a ventilated area to air dry.

Wash regularly according to the care instructions. Replace the net if the material becomes damaged, heavily worn or difficult to clean.

For external use only. Use gentle pressure and avoid scrubbing broken, inflamed, sunburned or freshly shaved skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
